Now is the perfect time to “reset”. After months of self-isolating, home schooling and working from home many of us are feeling a little “blah” due to the disruption in routine. Perhaps our diet has suffered from the “open” pantry and fridge? Or we’ve struggled with motivation to exercise regularly on our own? Or it’s just been a really stressful time which has taken a physical and emotional toll?
We want to help you get back on track with our 2020 2.0 RESET CHALLENGE. It’s a great opportunity to make some sustainable changes in your lifestyle by setting and sticking to habits that will make a difference to your health and wellbeing. Focusing on improving habits around nutrition, movement, sleep and mindfulness we will get you back on track and feeling good! Plus you’ll get to train with the experienced coaching team at Fitter Futures who will give you an experience in functional fitness training that you’ve never had before!
