Our 3 Day Camp is an event not to be missed. Kids/Teens have the option of signing up for the full 3 Day Camp, or individual days.
It’s a great way to keep them active and to improve their fitness and overall health and wellbeing. Get them off the couch, away from the screens and guaranteed to solve the “I’m Bored” claims! No matter their level of fitness, our programs are all inclusive. All kids and teens in our programs will learn healthy movement patterns whilst working on balance, strength, agility, coordination and endurance
WEEK 1 – Monday 6 April – Wednesday 8 April
On Day 1 and Day 2 of Camp, kids & teens will enjoy a 2 hour session filled with lots of movement challenges, workouts, learning new skills and playing games, finishing with a post workout drink & snack. On Day 3 kids & teens will enjoy a 3 hour Kids/Teens Carnival Event: a multi-event format where kids/teens can engage in some friendly competition as they race the clock, themselves, and other teams to put into practice the new skills and movements they learned and practiced in previous days. The focus is on participation, teamwork and sportsmanship. We’ll finish the day with lunch (or dinner) afterwards to celebrate.
WEEK 2 – Tuesday 14 April, Thursday 16 April & Friday 17 April
On each day of Camp in week 2, kids & teens will enjoy a 2 hour session filled with lots of movement challenges, workouts, learning new skills and playing games, finishing with a post workout drink & snack. (Note: There is no Carnival Event in Week 2. The Carnival Event is in week 1 only).
3 DAY CAMP (Week 1): $175 per person
3 DAY CAMP (Week 2): $155 per person
Carnival Day Only: $89 per person
