These workshops are for women in their 40’s and 50’s who want to Feel Better, Train Better and Live Better in the years leading up to menopause, and beyond.
Workshop #2 takes a deeper look at the adjustments needed to our daily nutrition as we navigate peri-menopause and menopause – to help us feel better and to mitigate a lot of symptoms of menopause that aren’t so great.
We will also talk more about how to train smarter, with more examples of what high intensity interval training, plyometrics and strength training involve, what exercises are best and how to structure sessions. Examples of pre and post workout nutrition will also be shared so you leave with a clear idea of WHAT to eat and when to support training.
